For all Merchandise, Parts and Accessories and Car Care Products redemption, please print out the email and collect your redemption from the collection venue indicated in the email.
For Car Servicing and Vehicle Discount redemptions, a voucher will be sent to your mailing address. As such, please ensure that your contact details are updated. TCIL will not be responsible in the event the voucher is lost in the mail. Please allow 14 working days for the vouchers to be mailed out.
All redemptions made are final.
